Mums Yoga Class this Saturday- 1st May

It’s the first saturday of the month….so its Yogamum’s Mother Nurture yoga class this weekend.

10-30-12 o’clock at the St John Ambulance centre next to Sainsbury’s. 

The class is great for some time out to focus on your own body and relax, relax relax.
