New Mum and Baby Yoga class in Ilkley

I am pleased to announe that there is a new 6 week Mum and Baby Yoga course starting at Ilkley (Little Lane) Childrens Centre on Wednesday 2nd November 2-3:15 pm.

The cost is an amazing £12 for the six week course (plus a £1 per week for refreshments).

The classes are from 6 weeks to crawling and, as ususal, include post natal yoga for you and yoga for your baby.
